Born from Elbert Partners for Health, DFE unites parents, youth, schools, law enforcement, and community leaders to create a healthier future. Through evidence-based prevention programs, peer leadership, parent workshops, media campaigns, and civic engagement, we’ve increased awareness, built strong partnerships, and seen reductions in youth vaping.

FPHSA is a community agency committed to providing recovery-based and person-centered Behavioral Health (mental health and substance use) and Developmental Disabilities Services. FPHSA serves residents of the five Florida Parishes north of Lake Pontchartrain: Livingston, St. Helena, St. Tammany, Tangipahoa and Washington. FPHSA does not demy anyone services due to the inability to pay and has a sliding fee scale program to assist with the cost of services for noninsured or under insured clients who qualify.
