Wyoming’s largest drug bust leads to two decades in prison

CASPER, Wyo. - Chief Federal District Court Judge Scott W. Skavdahl sentenced Arnold Devonne Butler, 54, today in Casper. Butler was convicted on January 17, 2020 after a 4-day jury trial and found guilty on all counts, including possession with intent to distribute and conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine, heroin, cocaine, and fentanyl.

New Boston Man Sentenced for East Texas Drug Trafficking Crimes

Buffalo man going to prison for selling heroin and fentanyl

BUFFALO, N.Y. – U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration New York Division Special Agent in Charge Ray Donovan and U.S. Attorney James P. Kennedy, Jr. announced today that Julian Rivera, 30, of Buffalo, New York, who was convicted of possessing with intent to distribute heroin, butyryl fentanyl, and U-47700, was sentenced to serve 38 months in prison by U.S. District Judge Lawrence J. Vilardo.

Providence man sentenced to 72 months for trafficking fentanyl, heroin, cocaine

PROVIDENCE, RI – A Providence man found to be in possession of more than 384 grams of fentanyl, nearly 2,000 grams of heroin, and more than 2,260 grams of cocaine, and who was expecting to take possession of six kilograms of fentanyl before it was intercepted by law enforcement, was sentenced today to six years in federal prison.
