Heroin conspiracy sends doctor to federal prison

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas – A 37-year-old U.S. citizen who was living in Mexico has been ordered to federal prison following his conviction of conspiring to possess with the intent to distribute more than 10 kilograms of heroin, announced United States Drug Enforcement Administration Special Agent in Charge Will R. Glaspy and U.S. Attorney Ryan K. Patrick.

Eleven individuals plead guilty to conspiring to manufacture and distribute heroin, fentanyl, carfentanil and other controlled substances in Manatee and Pasco Counties, resulting in death

TAMPA, Fla. – Eleven individuals have pleaded guilty to federal charges of conspiracy to distribute, possession with the intent to distribute, manufacturing and possession with the intent to manufacture at least one kilogram of heroin, at least 40 grams of fentanyl, carfentanil, furanyl fentanyl, cyclopropylfentanyl, cocaine and methamphetamine, the distribution of which resulted in one death from carfentanil intoxication.

Passaic County man convicted in heroin trafficking conspiracy

NEWARK, N.J. – Susan A. Dominican man sentenced to 240 months in prison for heroin trafficking
