Facing Fentanyl is a national grassroots organization founded by families impacted by fentanyl poisoning, united to save lives through prevention, awareness, and action. We lead the nation in educating communities, supporting families, and partnering with law enforcement, public health, and policymakers to address emerging synthetic drug threats. Through nationwide campaigns, school and community education, harm-reduction initiatives, and legislative advocacy, we provide fact-based resources that empower people to recognize dangers and prevent tragedy. Facing Fentanyl also organizes National Fentanyl Prevention and Awareness Day, bringing together hundreds of organizations to honor loved ones, share solutions, and strengthen collective action.
