FPHSA is a community agency committed to providing recovery-based and person-centered Behavioral Health (mental health and substance use) and Developmental Disabilities Services. FPHSA serves residents of the five Florida Parishes north of Lake Pontchartrain: Livingston, St. Helena, St. Tammany, Tangipahoa and Washington. FPHSA does not demy anyone services due to the inability to pay and has a sliding fee scale program to assist with the cost of services for noninsured or under insured clients who qualify. We can work with you to develop a thorough assessment and treatment plan to outline your goals and action steps to help you move towards recovery and wellness.
