At Project Eli, our mission is to raise awareness about the dangers of illicit fentanyl and provide education, resources, and support to those who are affected by this crisis. Our goal is to prevent further harm and save lives through a variety of initiatives, including: - Community outreach and education programs - Distribution of naloxone, a life-saving medication that can reverse an opioid overdose - Support for individuals and families affected by fentanyl - Advocacy and policy initiatives to increase access to treatment and prevent death

Rescue 180

Rescue 180 is a faith based, mission driven organization dedicated to reducing substance misuse and strengthening families in Jefferson County. Founded on a jail ministry in 1998, we have grown into a federally recognized nonprofit supported by more than nine funding sources. We provide prevention education, intervention services, and recovery support for both youth and adults. In partnership with schools, law enforcement, and community agencies, Rescue 180 works to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and lower recidivism.

The Rhode Island Department of Behavioral Healthcare, Developmental Disabilities & Hospitals (BHDDH) provides services to Rhode Islanders and their loved ones who are living with mental health and/or substance use conditions, have developmental disabilities, or need Long Term Acute Care in one of our state hospitals. Additionally, BHDDH administers funds which support a statewide network of substance use prevention and mental health promotion initiatives.

Sacramento County Behavioral Health Services Substance Use Prevention and Treatment

Sacramento County Behavioral Health Services provides prevention and treatment services for substance (alcohol and drugs) use disorders. We contract with an array of community-based service providers throughout Sacramento County. The range of services provided through these organizations includes prevention services, outpatient treatment, intensive outpatient services, medication-assisted treatment, withdrawal management (detoxification), residential treatment, recovery residences, and more.

SAFE Project

SAFE Project is a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to overcoming the addiction epidemic in the United States. Established in 2017 by Admiral James and Mary Winnefeld after the tragic loss of their 19-year-old son Jonathan due to an opioid overdose, SAFE Project aims to save lives impacted by substance use and mental health challenges through overdose prevention and response, education on stigma, and development of prevention and recovery programs.
