Remembering Our Fallen
DEA Headquarters
(R-L) DEA Administrator Terrance Cole, Senior Executive Service Member, Patrick McDarby, and DEA New York Division, Special Agent In Charge, Frank Tarentino at the memorial erected in honor of Special Agents Forrest N. Leamon, Chad L. Michael, and Michael E. Weston.
Remembering our fallen is not only an honor and a privilege, but a responsibility we all share. It is our solemn promise to each other - past and present. We remember Forrest N. Leamon, Chad L. Michael, and Michael E. Weston. We are reminded of the importance of celebrating their lives, and expressing gratitude for their service and sacrifices. We reflect on how they lived their lives and the impact they had on all of us. We will strive each and every day to preserve our history - to acknowledge the bravery and sacrifices of our heroes - those who came before us. We will never forget.
This is the common thread - the collective identity and unity that binds us, linking generations of DEA together in our shared responsibility and common purpose - our mission of saving lives.
