You must be at least 21 years of age and hired by age 37, unless you have veteran’s preference.

Absent mitigating circumstances, you will not be selected for employment if you have:  Used marijuana within the three (3) years preceding the date of the application for employment or used any illegal drugs other than marijuana, within the seven (7) years preceding the date of the application for employment.  For more information on eligibility requirements see: DEA Employment Eligibility
