PORTLAND, Maine – DEA’s New England Division Special Agent in Charge Brian D. Boyle and U.S. Attorney Halsey B. Frank announced that Jason Bolduc, 41, of Parsonsfield, Maine, was sentenced today in U.S. District Court by Judge George Z. Singal to 150 months in prison and three years of supervised release for conspiring to distribute fentanyl. Bolduc pled guilty on May 23, 2018.

Court records reveal that, between September 2016 and January 2017, the defendant conspired with others to purchase large amounts of fentanyl in Lawrence, Mass., for distribution in Maine. On Jan. 13, 2017, federal and state drug agents apprehended Bolduc as he returned from one of his resupply trips and seized about 150 “fingers” (about 1,500 grams) of fentanyl from Bolduc and found in a vehicle he rented.    

This case was investigated by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency, the York County Sheriff’s Office and the Biddeford Police Department.
