ALLENTOWN, PA. - Garrett Dudeck was charged today by information with conspiracy to distribute five grams or more of methamphetamine, announced Zane David Memeger, United States Attorney in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. According to the information, on January 31, 2011 and February 10, 2011, Dudeck and Edward Shelton, charged elsewhere, sold a total of approximately 5.5 grams of methamphetamine to an individual at Dudeck’s Bethlehem residence.

INFORMATION REGARDING THE DEFENDANT:
Garrett Dudeck Bethlehem, PA, Age 43

If convicted, the defendant faces a maximum possible statutory sentence of up to 40 years in prison, three years mandatory minimum supervised release up to lifetime supervised release, a fine of up to $5 million, and a $100 special assessment.

The case was investigated by the Allentown Resident Office of the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Palmer Township Police Department. It is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney John Gallagher.
