A Sergeant from the Sanford Police Department has been put on administrative leave stemming from this investigation

ORLANDO, FL - Mark R. Trouville, Special Agent in Charge, Drug Enforcement (DEA), Miami Field Division, and Pam Bondi, Attorney General of Florida, announce the arrest of two individuals charged in violation of the Florida drug statutes. The arrest warrants for Damieian Trivieino (Lake Mary, 40) and Elizabeth Ann (Casselberry, 33) come following a five month Title III investigation into the illicit prescription drug trafficking ring being operated out of Seminole County. In addition, Sergeant Cynthia Littles-Irvin, of the Sanford Police Department, was placed on paid administrative leave pending an internal investigation and outcome of the DEA investigation.

Tillman is charged with conspiracy to traffic hydromorphone, trafficking hydromorphone, possession of conveyance used for the sale of controlled substances, and unlawful use of a two-way communication device.  Taylor is charged with conspiracy to traffic hydromorphone.

Based on the charging documents, from June to August 2013, Tillman sold approximately 240 hydromorphone pills to an undercover agent on four different occasions.  Also, Taylor brokered numerous illicit drug transactions between Tillman and her customers in the Lake County area.

The investigation also revealed that Tillman’s live-in girlfriend is Sergeant Littles-Irvin, who has been with the Sanford Police Department for 15 years.  Sergeant Littles-Irvin has not been charged at this time.

This ongoing investigation is being conducted by the DEA, with the assistance from the Sanford Police Department and is being prosecuted by the Attorney General’s Office of Statewide Prosecution.

The charging document is merely an accusation and the defendants are assumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
