Steps of Hope Iowa is a community effected by substance use.  Some have lost a special someone.  Some are in recovery.  I'm a mom on a mission, pouring pain into purpose.  We host an annual overdose awareness walk and a memorial event on overdose awareness day.  No shame.  No stigma. Nobody walks alone.  Together we will make a difference!
