Pharmacist Sentenced to 78 Months in Prison for Attempting to Weaponize Deadly Toxins and Possessing Narcotics Manufacturing Equipment

Carl J. Kotowski, Special Agent in Charge of the Drug Enforcement Administration’s New Jersey Division and Paul J. Fishman, U. S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey, announced a licensed pharmacist was sentenced today to 78 months in prison for attempting to weaponize the lethal toxins Ricin and Abrin and for possessing a prohibited flask intending to use it to manufacture illegal narcotics.
