AUG 26--The Drug Enforcement Administration's Louisville District Office set up an interactive drug display and mock Methamphetamine Lab at the Kentucky State Fair in Louisville, Kentucky from August 14th through August 24th. Demand Reduction Coordinator Milton Galanos coordinated the Exhibit which allowed parents and children to take a Drug IQ test. This test allowed children and their parents to separate fact from fiction regarding the dangers of illegal drug use. The Exhibit was well received and was attended by over 4,000 visitors. The visitors learned about the dangers of drug use, environmental dangers posed by illicit meth labs, and career opportunities within DEA. The Exhibit was staffed by members of the Louisville District Office and London Resident Office.
