Million-Dollar Cocaine Seizure /Three Arrested In Task Force Sting

On September 24, 2004 members of the DEA San Diego County Integrated Narcotic Task Force (NTF) and the San Diego Police Department (SDPD) Narcotics Team conducted an investigation that resulted in the seizure of approximately 171 pounds of cocaine, and the arrest of 3 individuals in San Diego, California.

The cocaine seizure, the largest by the NTF this year, has a wholesale value of approximately $1,209,000.00 (street level value of approximately $4,680,000.00).**

Defendants

1. Cuauhtemoc Sicairos (male), age 33
2. Manuel Alarcon (male), age 31
3. Elvira Perez (female), age 39
