Operation Northern Star Logo DEA Chicago Demand Reduction Coordinator Chris Hoyt and Demand Reduction Assistant Joe Mele are now available for speaking engagements with adults and community organizations. The 'Demand Reduction Mission' of the DEA's Chicago Field Division is to provide drug awareness education to parents, teachers, and community leaders, while explaining the dangers facing our children in today's society. An informative lecture accompanies each appearance to arm adults with knowledge in the areas of drug identification, current trends, and signal recognition of children at risk.
