DEA Administrator Karen Tandy Visits the New England Field Division

AUG 19 -Boston, MA…Mark R. Trouville, Special Agent in Charge of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration in New England, welcomed the new DEA Administrator Karen Tandy to the New England Field Division.

On August 12, 2003, during the New England Field Division management conference, Administrator Karen Tandy addressed the field division managers and outlined her vision for the DEA. Administrator Tandy discussed numerous issues including financial investigations with a focus on the money movement, dismantling organizations across division lines, expanding intelligence tools, building partnerships and building DEA leaders for tomorrow.

Administrator Tandy credited the field division for the work that has been accomplished and thanked them for their dedication to DEA's mission. Administrator Tandy knows that DEA is good at what we do but wants the agency to strive to be great.
