Rio Grande Safe Communities Coalition's
7th Annual Bi-National Red Ribbon Rally

OCT 23 -- Joseph M. Arabit, Special Agent in Charge (SAC) of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) El Paso Field Division and Mary Ellen Hernandez, Executive Director of the Rio Grande Safe Communities Coalition would like to invite you to the 7th Annual Bi-National Red Ribbon Rally on Saturday, October 24, 2009, from 12:00 noon to 4:00 pm, at the Socorro Student Activities Complex, located at 1300 Joe Battle Blvd, El Paso, TX 79936. At approximately, 2:00 pm, during a short ceremony, SAC Arabit will briefly discuss the history of the Red Ribbon Campaign, and the loss of Special Agent (SA) Enrique “Kiki” Camarena.
