Buffalo
Man Pleads Guilty To Possessing and Distributing
Methamphetamine
- Kentucky defendant admits four separate
meth offenses in two counties

17 -- LOUISVILLE, KY - Mickey
S. Tedder, age 57, of Buffalo, Kentucky,
pled guilty on May 13, 2010, to possessing
and distributing methamphetamine powder
on four separate occasions in Hardin and
Larue Counties, United States Attorney
David J. Hale of the Western District of
Kentucky announced today.
Tedder
admitted that on four occasions between April
14, 2009, and May 12, 2009, he either distributed,
or possessed with the intent to distribute,
approximately 100 grams of methamphetamine
powder in Larue County, and Hardin County,
Kentucky.
The
potential penalties are a mandatory minimum
term of imprisonment of 5 years, a maximum
term of 100 years imprisonment, a maximum
fine of $5,000,000, and a term of supervised
release of not less than 4 years.
The
case is being prosecuted by Assistant United
States Attorney Thomas W. Dyke, and it was
investigated by the Greater Hardin County
Drug Task Force and the U.S. Drug Enforcement
Administration (DEA).
Tedder
is scheduled to be sentenced before Judge
McKinley on September 7, 2010 at 1:30 p.m.,
in Louisville, Kentucky.
