Members of Four Major Camden Area Cocaine Organizations Arrested on Indictments and Criminal Complaints
Two Defendants Charged Federally with Murder

Jevon Lewis, 31, Cherry Hill, a.k.a “V,” “Cool V,”and “Von.”
• One count of Conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute five or more kilograms of cocaine and 50 grams or more of crack cocaine.
• One count of Murder in furtherance of a CCE.

Ahmed Judge, 29, Camden, a.k.a “Edy” and “Bleek.”
• One count of Conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute five or more kilograms of cocaine and 50 grams or more of crack cocaine.
• One count of Murder in furtherance of a CCE.
• One count of Possession of a firearm by a previously convicted felon

Dennis Rodriguez, 28, Camden, a.k.a “Pipo.”
• One count of Conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute five or more kilograms of cocaine and 50 grams or more of crack cocaine.

Francisco Morales, 31, Gloucester Twp., a.k.a “Chucho.”
• One count of Conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute five or more kilograms of cocaine and 50 grams or more of crack cocaine.

Ruben Lozada, 34, Camden, a.k.a “Umbi.”

• One count of Conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute five or more kilograms of cocaine and 50 grams or more of crack cocaine.

Mack Jones, 33, Camden, a.k.a “Bear.”
• One count of Conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute five or more kilograms of cocaine and 50 grams or more of crack cocaine.

Mark Davis, 28, Camden, a.k.a “Andos, and “Dos.”
• One count of Conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute five or more kilograms of cocaine and 50 grams or more of crack cocaine.

Jesus Leyva, 27, Tucson, Az., a.k.a “Chewy” and “Julio.”
• One count of conspiracy to distribute and to possess with intent to distribute five kilograms or more of cocaine.

Laura Rodriguez, 27, Tucson, Az.
• One count of conspiracy to distribute and to possess with intent to distribute five kilograms or more of cocaine.

• One count of distribution and possession with intent to distribute 50 or more grams of
crack cocaine.

Statutory Maximum Penalties

• Each count of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute five or more
kilograms of cocaine and 50 grams or more of crack cocaine carries a minimum penalty of 10
years and a maximum penalty of life imprisonment and a fine of up to $4 million.
• Each count of murder in furtherance of a CCE carries a penalty of not lees than 20 years, and
which may be up to life imprisonment, or may be sentenced to death.
• Each count of count of Possession of a firearm by a previously convicted felon carries a
maximum penalty of 10 years imprisonment and a fine up to $250,000.
• Each count of conspiracy to distribute and to possess with intent to distribute five kilograms or
more of cocaine carries a minimum penalty of 10 years and a maximum penalty of life
imprisonment and a fine of up to $4 million.
• Each count of distribute and possess with intent to distribute five kilograms or more of cocaine
carries a minimum penalty of 10 years and a maximum penalty of life imprisonment and a fine ofup to $4 million.
• Each count of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute 50 or more grams
of crack cocaine carries a minimum penalty of 10 years and a maximum penalty of life
imprisonment and a fine of up to $4 million.
• Each count of distribution and possession with intent to distribute 50 or more grams of crack
cocaine carries a minimum penalty of 10 years and a maximum penalty of life imprisonment and
a fine of up to $4 million.
