BALTIMORE, MD. - A federal grand jury has indicted Dr. Joffre Erwin Robalino, 43, of Columbia, Maryland, for conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute oxycodone. The indictment was returned on June 1, 2011, and unsealed yesterday at Dr. Robalino’s initial appearance. Dr. Robalino was arrested last night. At his initial appearance today Chief U.S. Magistrate Judge Paul W. Grimm ordered that Robalino be released on home detention with electronic monitoring under the supervision of U.S. Pretrial Services.

PHILADELPHIA, PA. - Richard K. Creamer, 39, of Philadelphia, was sentenced today to five years in prison for conspiracy to manufacture 1,000 or more marijuana plants and maintaining a place for the manufacture of controlled substances, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger. Creamer, who was a practicing attorney, was convicted in December 2010 after a jury trial in connection with the establishment and operation of a marijuana grow house located inside a warehouse that Creamer owned in the Northern Liberties section of Philadelphia.
FRESNO, CA - Drug Enforcement Administration Special Agent in Charge Anthony D. Williams and United States Attorney Benjamin B. Wagner announced today that Fabio Cazares-Zamora, 37, of Modesto, and Abundio Hernandez, 45, of Oakland, were sentenced today by United States District Judge Oliver W. Wanger for heroin trafficking. Cazares-Zamora was sentenced to 14 years in prison and five years of supervised release for conspiring to import heroin.

Ishii sentenced John Wayne Wyatt, 31, of Bakersfield, to two and a half years in prison to be followed by three years of supervised release for conspiring to distribute marijuana. Wyatt pleaded guilty on November 29, 2010.
