Eight Arrested For Residential Marijuana Grows In Houston

HOUSTON, TX - Brothers Bernard Harry Theriot, 37, and Bryan Andrew Theriot aka Tow Down, 33, both of Houston, and six others were arrested yesterday after search warrants executed at several locations resulted in the discovery of grow operations of marijuana plants, Acting Special Agent in Charge of the Drug Enforcement (DEA) Thomas E. Hinojosa announced today along with United States Attorney José Angel Moreno and Fort Bend County Sheriff Milton Wright.

Winnie Man, Vidor Woman Among Those Sentenced In Federal Drug Trafficking Conspiracy

BEAUMONT, TX - Acting Special Agent in Charge Thomas E. Hinojosa and U.S. Attorney John M. Bales announced that five members of a major drug conspiracy in the Eastern District of Texas have been sentenced to federal prison today by U.S. District Judge Ron Clark.Lambert Ray Myers, Jr., 33, of Winnie, Texas, pleaded guilty on Jan. 12, 2011 to possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and was sentenced to 87 months in federal prison today. Trish Lynne Taylor, 28, of Houston, pleaded guilty on Jan.

DEA Arrests Two And Seizes 32 Kilograms Of Cocaine At The Luis Munoz Marin International Airport

CAROLINA, PUERTO RICO - Javier F. Peña, Special Agent in Charge of the Drug Enforcement (DEA), Caribbean Division, announced today that KORIS YANNIRA GARCIA and MILAGRO ORTIZ-PEREZ were arrested at the Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport as they attempted to travel to New York on American Airlines flight 1416 in connection to the seizure of approximately 32 kilograms of cocaine.

Five Sentenced In Federal Drug Trafficking Conspiracy

BEAUMONT, TX - Drug Enforcement (DEA) Acting Special Agent in Charge, Thomas E. Hinojosa and U.S. Attorney John M. Bales announced that five members of a major drug conspiracy in the Eastern District of Texas have been sentenced to federal prison today by U.S. District Judge Ron Clark.

Vincent Bertrand, 47, of Winnie, Texas pleaded guilty on Jan. 11, 2011 to using a communications device to facilitate the conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and was sentenced to 48 months in federal prison today.

Portland Man Found Guilty Of Cocaine Conspiracy

Delahanty II announced that on May 25th, a federal jury found Wolker Georges - , 29 of Portland, Maine, guilty of conspiring to distribute and possess with intent to distribute cocaine.

Destin Physician Convicted Of Drug Offenses Resulting In Patients’ Deaths

PENSACOLA, FL. - Destin physician Robert Bourlier, 55, was convicted today of 17 counts of health care fraud and 126 counts of unlawful dispensing of controlled substances, announced Mark R. New Britain Man Sentenced To 37 Months In Federal Prison For Distributing Cocaine

NEW HAVEN, CT. - Steven W. Derr, Special Agent in Charge of the Drug Enforcement Administration for New England and David B. Fein, United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut, announced that ANTWAN YOPP, 32, of New Britain, was sentenced today by United States District Judge Janet Bond Arterton in New Haven to 37 months of imprisonment, followed by three years of supervised release, for his role in a New Britain and Hartford-area cocaine and crack cocaine distribution ring.

Wheat Ridge Doctor, Previous Staff Member, And Two Others Indicted For Illegal Distribution Of Oxycodone

DENVER, CO. - Dr. Kevin R. Clemmer, age 57, of Evergreen, Colorado, his previous staff assistant, Tina (aka Tina Stanfield), age 41, of Westminster, Colorado, and two others were arrested yesterday based on a federal grand jury indictment, which was returned under seal on May 16, 2011. All four defendants were arrested without incident by Special Agents with the Drug Enforcement Administration and with Internal Revenue Service - Criminal Investigation.
