Kansas Grand Jury Indicts Two for Drug Trafficking

WICHITA, Kan. – A federal grand jury in Wichita returned indictments charging two people on charges related to drug trafficking.
According to court documents, Nicole Rae Kiesel, 38, of Garden City, Kansas, is charged with one count of possession with intent to distribute fentanyl and one count of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
In a separate case, Enrique Alonso Estrada-Barrios, 26, of Belen, New Mexico, is charged with one count of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
The Drug Enforcement Administration is investigating both cases.
An indictment is merely an allegation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
