BUFFALO, N.Y. – U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration New York Division Special Agent in Charge Ray Donovan and U.S. Attorney James P. Kennedy, Jr. announced today that Julian Rivera, 30, of Buffalo, New York, who was convicted of possessing with intent to distribute heroin, butyryl fentanyl, and U-47700, was sentenced to serve 38 months in prison by U.S. District Judge Lawrence J. TAMPA, Fla. - A 37-count indictment was unsealed today charging five individuals with money laundering and conspiracy to commit money laundering. If convicted, each defendant faces a maximum penalty of 20 years in federal prison per count. Blader, United States Attorney for the Western District of Wisconsin, announced that Charles Dickerson, 46, Madison, Wisconsin, pleaded guilty last Friday to possession with intent to distribute cocaine in front of U.S. District Judge William M. Conley. Immediately following the guilty plea, Judge Conley sentenced Dickerson to 60 months in prison.
