Corpus Christi Resident Sentenced In Laredo For Marijuana Distribution

LAREDO, Texas - A 47-year-old Corpus Christi man has been sentenced in Laredo federal court following his conviction of possession with the intent to distribute 1,000 kilograms or more of marijuana and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug crime, announced U.S. Attorney Kenneth Magidson. A federal Jury convicted Michael Taylor on May 4, 2016, following a three-day trial.

Gorham Man Sentenced To 10 Years For Fentanyl And Heroin Trafficking

SEP 30 - PORTLAND, Maine - Michael J. Ferguson Special Agent in Charge of the Drug Enforcement Administration for New England and United States Attorney Thomas E. Delahanty II announced that David Thurlow, 28, of Gorham, Maine, was sentenced in U.S. District Court by Judge D. Brock Hornby to 10 years in prison to be followed by three years of supervised release for distributing fentanyl and heroin.

Guilty Verdict In Major Drug Trafficking Case

ALBANY, N.Y. -   - District Attorney P. David Soares and James J. Hunt, Special Agent in Charge, U.S. Drug Enforcement (DEA), New York Division announced today that Manuel Luna, 51, of Queens, was found guilty after a jury trial of one Count of Operating as a Major Trafficker, a Class A-I Felony, one Count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First Degree, a Class A-I Felony, and one Count of Conspiracy in the Second Degree, a Class B Felony, before the Honorable Richard Mott Albany County Court this afternoon.

Drug Ring Supplying Elmira, NY With Heroin And Fentanyl Shut Down

Sixteen Charged In Lewis County Drug Raid

SYRACUSE, N.Y. -  - Three people were arrested today and charged in federal court with  methamphetamine and listed chemical offenses and 13 others were arrested and charged in Lewis County for state offenses involving the sale and possession of methamphetamine and other illegal drugs, announced United States Attorney Richard S. Hartunian and Lewis County District Attorney Leanne Moser.
