Federally Employed Women (FEW) will host their 55th National Training Program (NTP) from August 4 -8, 2024. The theme this year is “Unleashing Your Full Potential: Learn, Recall, Apply, Reinforce.” The conference will take place at the Hilton Chicago, 720 South Michigan Avenue., Chicago, Illinois.

FEW is a private, non-profit organization that was founded in 1968 after the issuance of Executive Order 11375 which added “sex” to the prohibited bases of discrimination within the federal government. FEW will celebrate its advocacy to improve the status of women employed by the federal government. They also work towards the advancement of women in federal service.
