Collinsville Man Pleads Guilty to Conspiracy to
Distribute Cocaine and Methamphetamine

APR 1 - (EAST ST. LOUIS, IL) - A. Courtney Cox, United States Attorney for the Southern District of Illinois, announced that on April 1, 2010, RANDALL INDERMARK, age 47, of Collinsville, Illinois, pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute cocaine and methamphetamine and three counts of distribution of cocaine. The violations took place between September 2007 and May 2009, in Caseyville, Illinois, and elsewhere in the Southern District of Illinois.

The potential penalties for each of the charges is up to 20 years’ imprisonment, a fine of up to $1 million, and at least 3 years’ mandatory supervised release.

The investigation was conducted under the auspices of the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force. Participating agencies included the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Fairmont City Police Department. The case is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Ranley R. Killian.
