Cahokia Man Sentenced for Crack Cocaine Offense

MAR 10 - (EAST ST. LOUIS, IL) - A. Courtney Cox, United States Attorney for the Southern District of Illinois, announced that on March 8, 2010, BRANDON MCNEESE, age 24, of Cahokia, was sentenced in United States District Court in East St. Louis, to 60 months’ imprisonment, 4 years supervised release, an assessment of $100 and a fine of $300. MCNEESE had previously entered a plea of guilty on September 24, 2009, to one count of possession with intent to distribute more than five grams of crack cocaine. 

The investigation was conducted by the Drug Enforcement Administration. The case
was handled by Assistant United States Attorney Daniel T. Kapsak.
