AUG 20 (ORLANDO, Fla.) – Mark R. Trouville, Special Agent in Charge, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Miami Field Division, and Robert E. O'Neill, United States Attorney for the Middle District of Florida, announced that on August 17, 2012, a federal jury found Fredrick Bodison (33, Leesburg) guilty of conspiracy to distribute and possession with intent to distribute cocaine base, commonly known as crack cocaine. Bodison was also found guilty of distribution and possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine and other illegal controlled substances in pill form, including 3, 4-Methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA), also known as “Ecstasy”, and N-Benzylpiperazine (BZP).
