Operation Keystone Express Charge 14 on State Drug Charges

AUG 16 (WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.) – The Multi-Agency Diversion Task Force arrested 13 subjects for various narcotics charges, including trafficking in oxycodone, sale of oxycodone, sale of cocaine, sale of marijuana, sale of Xanax, purchase of oxycodone, purchase of cocaine, purchase of Xanax, purchase of marijuana and racketeering charges. The arrests were announced by Mark R. Trouville, Special Agent in Charge, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Miami Field Division. This investigation dubbed Operation Keystone Express was a four county arrest operation including St. Lucie, Palm Beach, Broward and Dade Counties.

Those arrested were: Jerome Johnson (44, Boca Raton), Kenny Wright (47, Boca Raton), Belinda Wright-Johnson (51, Delray Beach), Nathaniel Smith Jr (30, Delray Beach), Dwayne Hudson (49, Ft Lauderdale), Kaamilya Head (34, Miami Gardens), Guy Squillante (54, Delray Beach), Steven Davis (47, Boynton Beach), David Zucker (58, Highland Beach), Wesley Gaynor (62, Boynton Beach), Daniel Balena (34, Delray Beach), Adrian Taylor (45, Hypoluxo), Jermaine Johnson (29, Port St. Lucie). Joel Bailey (39, Port St. Lucie) is still at large.

During the operation, 5 firearms (shotgun, assault rifle, and 3 handguns), a Taser, approximately 337 prescription pills, 3 MDMA pills, 2.6 grams of Marijuana, 6 vehicles, and $3,726 in U.S. currency were seized.

This investigation began in April 2010, when law enforcement received a tip regarding the drug trafficking activities of Jerome Johnson whose operation was primarily throughout the southern Palm Beach County, specifically in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and Boynton Beach. During the course of the investigation, numerous undercover buys were made by confidential sources and undercover agents from Jerome Johnson and his co-conspirators.

The Multi-Agency Diversion Task Force is made up of the following agencies: Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE), Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), Jupiter Police Department, Palm Beach Gardens Police Department, Delray Beach Police Department, Town of Lake Clarke Shores Police Department, Boca Raton Police Department, Greenacres Public Safety, Riviera Beach Police Department, PBC State Attorney Office and West Palm Beach Police Department.
