DEA Dallas Field Division to Take Part in the
North Texas Crime Commission "SCAM JAM" Event

 MAY 7 -- (Dallas, TX) Special Agent in Charge of the DEA’s Dallas Field Division, Mr. James L. Capra, will speak at the Texas Crime Commission “SCAM JAM” event scheduled for Saturday, June 2, 2007.

The North Texas Crime Commission and more than 20 law enforcement and government agencies have organized a “SCAM JAM” event to educate the community about criminal activity and crime prevention. Internet crimes, identity theft, Social Security number misuse, Medicare/Medicaid fraud, and internet RX fraud are some of the topics which will be covered.

           8:30 a.m. – Doors Open
           12:30 p.m. – Keynote Speaker and Other Law Enforcement Officials
           9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. – 15 educational 20-minute sessions
