Two Oklahoma Men Sentenced for Conspiracy
to Distribute Cocaine

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA - United States Attorney Sheldon J. Sperling announced today that HERMAN McNAC, III, age 25, and RICKY SCOTT, JR., age 24, both of Muskogee, Oklahoma, were sentenced to one hundred fifty-five (155) months imprisonment, forty-eight (48) months supervised release, and ordered to pay a $100 special assessment fee.

“On January 18, 2006, McNAC and SCOTT pled guilty to Conspiracy to Distribute Cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846,” reported United States Attorney Sheldon Sperling. “Both defendants admitted traveling to Norman, Oklahoma, obtaining one kilogram of cocaine, and distributing the cocaine to an undercover agent for the Drug Enforcement Administration.”

Assistant United States Attorney Dennis A. Fries represented the government. The Honorable Ronald A. White presided over the sentencing in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, at Muskogee.
