Dominican Republic’s President Solidifies His Anti-Drugs Efforts with DEA

During the last week of September, the President of the Dominican Republic (DR), Danilo Medina met with the Special Agent in Charge of the DEA Caribbean Division, Matthew G. Donahue; the United States Ambassador James W. Brewster; the Dominican National Directorate for Drug Control (DNCD) Vice-admiral Edmundo Felix; and other anti-drug agency representatives from various points in the U.S. and Central America. Also present were other DEA leadership representatives from several domestic offices.
