Massachusetts Man Pleads Guilty to Distributing Crack

APR 06 (BANGOR, Maine) – Michael J. Ferguson Special Agent in Charge of the Drug Enforcement Administration for New England and Acting United States Attorney Richard W. Murphy announced that Adam Williams, a/k/a “Pacman,” 36, of Worcester, Massachusetts pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court to distribution of cocaine base, commonly known as crack.

According to court records, on April 10, 2015, a witness working with law enforcement, purchased $200 worth of crack from Williams in Bangor. 

Williams faces up to 20 years in prison, a $1,000,000 fine, and between three years and a lifetime of supervised release.  He will be sentenced after the completion of a presentence investigation report by the U.S. Probation Office.

The investigation was conducted by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration and the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency.
