Operation 'Jail House Rock'
DEC 17 - CONCORD, NEW HAMPSHIRE: U Steven W. Derr, Special Agent in Charge of the Drug Enforcement Administration for New England and U .S. Attorney John Kacavas announced today that the following individuals were arrested on charges relating to the possession and distribution of 1) Oxycodone, a Schedule II narcotic controlled substance, 2) OxyContin, a Schedule II narcotic controlled substance, 3) Suboxone, a Schedule III narcotic controlled substance, 4) Lorazepam, a Schedule IV narcotic controlled substance, and 5) Ativan, a Schedule IV narcotic controlled substance:

This investigation began as a result of arrests on September 20, 2009 after an attempt to smuggle contraband into the jail. The investigation was initiated by the Rockingham County
Attorney’s Office, the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Department and the Rockingham County Department of Corrections. DEA/HIDTA and other federal agencies joined the investigation when evidence was developed regarding the falsification of prescriptions to obtain the controlled substances that were smuggled into the jail.
