Special Contractor Reporting Requirements

The following documents related to DEA acquisitions policy are available for download. Some of these are required forms for doing business with DEA:

  • Contractors supporting DEA may be subject to Contractor Personnel Reporting Requirements (CPRR). If applicable, the contractor must submit quarterly CPRR reports verifying all employees assigned to perform under the contract. Contractor must use the CPRR Excel Spreadsheet Template per the instructions in the DEA CPRR provision.

  • Contractors shall identify current DEA employees or former DEA employees, who have worked at DEA within the last two years, or who will be working at or providing support to a DEA Division or Office where they were last assigned prior to leaving DEA.  Prior to award and throughout the life of the contract, Contractors shall complete the DEA Contractor Employee Ethics Questionnaire and submit the document electronically to FA at: AND the Office of Chief Counsel at
