Muscatine, Iowa Man Sentenced to 151 months Imprisonment for Conspiracy to Distribute Methamphetamine

MAY 9 -- (Davenport,IA) - On May 5, 2008, Victor Manuel MARIN, 41, was sentenced to 151 months imprisonment, having previously pled to one count of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine, announced United States Attorney Matthew G. Whitaker. United States District Judge John A. Jarvey also ordered Marin to serve five years on supervised release following imprisonment, and an assessment of $100 to the Crime Victim Fund. >> Full Story
