for a smuggling organization responsible of distributing multi-kilogram
loads of cocaine from Colombia. KARAM-FARAH is the primary money broker
for a Colombian narcotics trafficking organization based out of the
Colombian regions of Barranquilla, Santa Marta, Rio Hacha and La Guajira |
