IGUARAN-Mengual has been a DEA fugitive since February 1, 2002. Considered armed and dangerous. IGUARAN-Mengual and other defendants of this narcotics smuggling organization were charged for possession with intent to distribute approximately 2, 776.6 kilograms of cocaine, a Schedule II, narcotic of the CSA.
